I ordered a uniform for Frassati Catholic Academy, Thornton, CO. All other items are okay, but the V-neck black cardigan was ordered with no logo and received the wrong school logo. We received a St. Joseph school logo black cardigan.
Please either exchange for the correct item or refund.

Received polo with random school name logo
No hope
I placed an order for 3 white polos and they all arrived with logos for some school I never heard of. They are a scam trying to get rid of all their inventory and will mail out whatever they have.
No one answers or responds. Bad business and customer service.
Do not order from this receivership. I just wasted $100!

I have tried to contact them numerous times. Regarding my order that was placed one year ago.
They took my money out of business, didn’t fulfill the order nor a refund the money.. They will not answer emails and I have not found a phone number for them that works.
They did not fulfill my order from one year ago, after attempts of emailing customer service and trying to reach out to them I found out they went out of business. Shame on them for not returning customers money for orders that were not fulfilled.
Now they have a liquidation website up and running and theres no way to get in contact with customer service. What a disgraceful business practice.

Hoodie paid for but not shipped.

Now that they have closed, I have no way to find out whether the stitching was done and if it will be shipped, or if I can even get my money back.

There has been no response from the customer support email as of August 2024.
This company owes money to what appears to be many, including me, with no way of contacting them. If anyone has any steps to file a complaint other than the BBB (Better Business Bureau), with which this company is no longer affiliated, please advise.

Un happy with customer care service

I accidentally had a typo on my email so I never received my order confirmation number.
I have called everyday since August 1st as well as send emails and no one has taken the time to simply email me the confirmation order number I have even logged on to my account and only past orders are showing.
Im highly disappointed that the San Francisco and San Leandro stores are gone those 2 stores always had our school uniforms available now we are forced to order online and we cant even get a hold of anyone. For how expensive these uniforms are there is no way not to have customer care representative and calls and e-mails just obscured.
All I need is a simply email with this is your order number to track
